I bought a sectional couch from this company. The price was great and it even included free delivery. The couch came in several different pieces (including a few hundred bolts and screws) that were labeled wrong when compared to the illustrated instructions. I spent over 3 hours trying to piece together the couch. It was a horrible experience! And to top it all off, the couch was VERY poor quality, with springs in the cushions and cheap wood and legs. I decided I would return the couch and save myself the headache. A week later they came to pick up the couch (thats a whole 'nother story!). They were supposed to charge me a $90 restocking fee and refund the rest of the money to me, but instead refunded the $90 back to me and kept the other $300-400. Currently I am waiting for my refund and plan to NEVER buy from this "company" again. They are lucky they even got 1 star from me.
