I bought an MSI GT725 from Frostycomputers.com a week ago. Ben had it shipped to me 2 days later (compared to 3-6 weeks from other official MSI Resellers). I loaded the software which ran fine for a week.
Yesterday Vista crashed hard. I sent a message to Ben. He gave me specific people to contact at MSI's Tech Support. Before I was able to contact them, they called me! The problem was worked out.
This is the first time I've had a reseller contact the manufacturer and get a personal call from their Support Center. I will 100% recommend Frostycomputers.com to my friends and family to provided their computing needs.
