Eric and Rob are both super friendly, responsive, and reasonable. I waited to arrive in Florida to pay the full amount although I did make a deposit online thru their website. No problems!
Rob had us over for a cocktail the first night, and also helped us out when our car started acting up.
The place is a bit worn and not necessarily super quiet, but if you are easy to please you can enjoy yourself here.
Overall: Cute place, nice neighborhood, will recommend. You can truly trust what they say.
