Fountain Valley Body Works Express Shop was AWESOME . When I got rear ended on the 405 while driving my brand new BMW 550I I was obviously furious. My car was now ruined as far as I was concerned, especially when I found out that the guy that hit me had some cheap no name insurance that didn’t want to pay to put new factory parts on my car. Oscar, the estimator that was handling my claim for me was able to use his experience with dealing with insurance like that and was able to get them to pay, any other bodyshop would have just put whatever parts on my car and collected their money and sent me on my way. These guys seem like they really care! The most important thing is that they were able to match my paint exactly which was something I was very concerned about. They were extremely professional, efficient, and timely. They made it super easy and all the guys in the shop were helpful. I plan on telling everyone to go to them when they need a body repair.
