Unbelievably disappointed

Do not use. They mess up, apologize, but don't make it right. They missed the delivery date and then claimed they didn't. They say delivery is "no contact," but a mask-less deliveryman (a day late) handed the arrangement to my 90-year-old father. The arrangement was not even close to what I ordered (they blame Covid for this); I'd understand if it was slightly different, but this was completely different. I am stunned.
