Same old hard press sales tactics
|
Called me to do an estimate. I said fine. Come out and measure and give me a price. Nope 60 to 90 minutes.
For a complete sales pitch. Told them I had 30 minutes the young lady transfered me to her " manager" to verify my information, who then informed me they needed 90 minutes. I told him no and that the meet was set for 10 am the next day and thankyou but that's all I needed. I hung up and got a text back to go to home depot or lowes. They wouldn't be coming.
Very unprofessional and crappy customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!
