Do not use this company. I had originally refrained myself from writing a review until things were complete, but as it seems, I continue to get empty promises from this company. I placed my order for new hurricane windows at the end of October. I had no
issue with the time frame to receive my order because I have an old house and they were custom. The install date was January 10 and they told me that it was a two day installation process. I am now 13 weeks in and still don’t see the light at the end of the
tunnel. To begin: -The windows were measured wrong -They had to do extra work because they had to fit them in (plaster everywhere/mismatched color on wall extending 6-8 inches so I had to paint) -The first day they did not secure the two windows they removed
-They brought the wrong door and it had to be switched out -I sent them the information to gain approval with the Historical Society, this information was ignored and they never got the windows approved (I had asked numerous times and my questions were ignored.)
-I was charged the total balance of the job way before it was completed -The colonial lines do not match on three different windows -The colonial lines are not cut properly - The colonial lines on the back window are coming up And the list goes on and on.
They are friendly people, yes, but if you want your windows done in a timely fashion DO NOT call them.
