After almost 11 months, starting to be very dissatisfied

I bought a 5 tons Carrier Central AC from Solandair in October, 2011 for a total of $5,602.00.
The vendor, Pelayo Llabre, literally disappeared after the closing and never followed up or did a post-sales service.
Installers were clean and neat, but forgot several things, first technician had to come back to install a break, couple of months later another technician told me that they did not installed something needed for the dehumidifier to work, the temperature in the house was not pleasant at all (I really miss my old AC, which I change for the only reason that it was noisy, but never, never failed to properly cool the house)
Now the inside handler is starting to leak, there is a message in the thermostat telling me to check the filter (which I do religiously every month on the 1st). Another call, a two weeks waiting for the technician to pass by, a whole afternoon waiting (they say he was going to be here between 2 and 4 and showed up at 6:35 pm) and he doesn't know how to solve the problem
In few words, I'm starting to think that I made a very bad decision in going with Solandair
