I ordered a Christmas gift that never showed up. I used the customer service form provided on the website and received no response. I used the general info email address and received no response. I called the phone number provided, a landline, and received a robotic message that no one was available and then a series of beeps. I couldn't even leave a message.
I would not recommend doing business with this company EVER.
