I am so disappointed in myself that i did not see these reviews earlier! I found these guys on superpages.com! i will never use that website ever again!
Called them to come by and take a look at a broken treadmill. As soon as Carlos walks through the door, he says I got a broken motor and will need to order a new one. I'm thinking wow this guy is good right? He proceeds to charge me $263 for a new one! But this does include the $85 service charge too, but $178 for a new motor is still a ripoff, but i really want the treadmill fixed so i go ahead and pay him. He mentions that next time he comes back there will be no charge because I am paying for the parts and services in advance. Good deal right? Fast forward about a month and i've been calling and waiting for the parts to come in so he can come back and install it! He finally comes back to install the motor and wants another $98 for taxes???? What the heck?!?! Of course I am not home to dispute this and my wife just goes along with it. I am so pissed right now. I told my wife to put a stop payment on the check she wrote. That is complete BS and we will not be paying another dime. These guys seem to just want to make a quick buck wherever possible!
