I have bought several items both loose gems and jewelry. I have never been disapointed. I am not a newbie to the gem world and do have a clue. Anything I ever sent back was taken back with no questions asked. Items were not sent back because I didn' like them. My refunds were credited in a timely manner and in full. I would like to buy from him again. V
