This Company is a total Fraud as marketed. Due to property devalued to much less than current mortgage therefore unable to refinance. This company promised (verbally) we were perfect candidate. Promised decreasing interest rate to a "minimum of 5% from 7.65 possible decrease of principle, and the reason they charged more than other companies was because "they had Lawyers negotiating" after a research of all our financials told us we were a perfect candidate and the process should take 6 weeks after collecting their "$3000 fee"
A year later I can tell you that this company does not return phone calls, does NOT negotiate! When the bank offer a 1/2 percent reduction, this company declared they had done their job. Stating nothing in writing prooved what was promised. There were never anything but minimum wage flunkees pushing paper. NO LAWYERS !! so on top of being in financial difficulties maintaining the mortgage, Now owe three grand that we were ripped off.
This is a total scam.
