I ordered a DVD and after 5 days still cant check order status and emailed 2 times no answer and i called the number and it sounded like a personal answering machine I am thinking I got ripped off and if by some chance I do get my DVD is it going to be any good I learned a lesson today only order from site you know anyone else have troubles with this company and did i lose my 19.90
