I sure understand why this company would do business under a different name and get an "F" grade. I'm sure they will get another "F" under this name and they have to change their name soon!!
Somehow they managed to find my phone number instead of one of my far relative's and they have been calling me few times a day. I have already told them many times that there is no one with that name living here but they are still calling and using all kinds of scare tactics and intimidation to get detail information such as address, date of birth, phone number, etc ...
