I purchased two barstools online. I received an email confirmation the same day. To receive an email the very next day indicating the items are not longer available and they withdrawn the funds from my account. Then I go on the site again today and its allowing me to proceed to purchase the very same items that were advised as not being available. 1. If items are not available for purchase, customers should not be allowed to proceed & complete the order. 2. if items are not avialable for purchase customer's accounts should not be billed. Complaint in motion!
