Possible scam company

This company seems to be fraudulent. I ordered the package of 8 tests on their website. That page on their website now seems to be gone. Only 2 tests arrived. After failed at the most at contact them only reached back out when I contacted their social media. They then told me they would send me the remaining tests. Weeks passed and I contacted again and they said they will send me the tests -this is highly unprofessional suspicious. They then only sent me 2 tests again. Upon contacting them again they responded saying it was always their policy that they send out these tests slowly 2 at a time, which I do not think was anywhere on their website. They said again they would send me the remainder and also sending me tracking information but they have not. No other tests have arrived. I would be concerned to get tests analysed by this company.
