HORRIBLE SERVICE

On July 8, 2015 I ordered Reidel wine glasses and they charged my credit card $285.58, but I have never received the glasses!! I've emailed them several times and they finally responded on July 27th and said they would look into it, I've never heard from them again nor have I received the glasses. I've sent several other emails and no response and the charge is still on my CC, which I'm trying to get off.
Do Not trust them!!!
