Like so many others, I also had the Variable Rate adjustment coming due and my loan officer, Mike Pierskalla at Everyloan Financial kept me in his notes for the maturity. This was my second time dealing with Mike and once again he listened to everything I said I wanted, said he would do his best and he did. My loan was processed in under three (3) weeks (including the appraisal) Mike and Everyloan will always have my business and I continually try to refer others in need of home loans to them. I give them two thumbs up and five stars!!!!
