As a bounce house owner ordering equipment is very important, from the style, size, color. I looked around to different website and notice this one combo slide I needed to have. The customer service at the time of ordering was good. After ordering this combo than thats when all hell broke loose. I got a confirmation order form Malvin with the shipping number. When it arrived its not what I ordered. The order I got was for somewhere out of state. My order went to GA instead of Bradenton, FL and I got his order. When I called the company they mentioned someone will be out to pick up this waterslide I did not order nor pay for and that took them 2days to pick it up. As well from the time I was on the phone the company was very rude. They told it was out of their control. I took of on Tuesday May 30th, 2023 i got a phone call saying my order was out for delivery, which it never came. Wednesday May 31st, 2023 i received another call metioning the delivery time and that never happen. I called XPO trying to see what was going on. I told the lady that answer the phone the drop off time was at 8am. She than told me they do not open into 9am and they dont start drop off into 10am so that will not happen. I also called the company I ordered from with Melvin rude tone, and voice I told him what was going on, and for a second it felt like he didn't believe me and said he will call me back which never happened. Here it is June 7th, 2023 my order finally came but I was missing the stakes, blowers, and patch kit. I called the company and Malvin once again didn't believe me when I said I did not receive the blower, stakes, and patch kit. I even sent him a picture of that came off the truck, as well as talking to the delivery guy from XPO who Malvin he does not have that on the truck. Me myself I am highly disappointed, with the service I received i asked to cancel my order the manager of the company told me i had to pay the $500.00 to cancel 20% of what i paid. I even mentioned a discount and the told me when you get your order we will talk about that, which still waiting on a phone call. I will never and I mean never conduct business with this company again. If I was you I would keep looking somewhere else this company has to many red flags. Do not spend your money with them and go through what I went through
