My complaint with this company is that I feel victimized by their manipulative selling technique. Periodically, using the credit card information I entrusted them with, they access my account and charge me for products I did not order.
First they send me an email thanking me for an order I did not make. That email comes from a notification-only address, which cannot be responded to, and it contains no sender name and/or telephone number for me to call.
Then, they go ahead and charge my credit card account that they have on file.
This company needs to exercise better restraint with regards to taking funds from my credit card. As a customer, I should be given a chance to say I do not want any products, please do not ship me any products and please do not charge my credit card.
I am shocked to see this company rated so highly by BBB.
