I had the owner of Don's Appliance, Josh, come to my house to fix my washing machine. He said teh transmission was broken and unfixable. He told my he could get me a comparable wasing machine for $450.00 installed. When he came back and installed the washing machine I saw it was not a comparable machine. He told me he would sell it to me for $400.00 but if I was unhappy with it he would guarantee me that he would upgrade it the next week. It has now been over 3 weeks and he refuses to call me back or correct the problem. I have contacted my City Business Department and am filing a small claims action. DO NOT USE DON"S APPLIANCE
