This outfit is a complete and total scam. They ask for money up front. Supposedly have clients lined up to buy your time shares - clients have put down a deposit which you, as the seller, are supposed to get if the deal falls thruough. You are pestered to death for 30 days -- after that, no one will call you, return your calls, or anything - they are always in "meetings."
Ken is the salesman we dealt with, also Stephanie Opalink. Good luck on finding them available. We are now pursuing other legal actions. This outfit should be closed down and all personnel put in jail. We started dealing with Diving Vacations 4/30/10 and after an initial flurry of activity, NOTHING. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.
