This company has got to be the WORSE. They sent a kit valued less than $10 and charged my visa card $100. To make matters worse, you will get some smart mouth representative telling you that the agreement says......... bla bla bla bla. I don't know how they can get away with this. This has got the be the worse "BAIT & SWITCH" I have ever seen. Do not conduct any business with this company. I have sent an email to all of my contacts with a buyer beware. I have attached a copy of their email to me. No where was this info disclosed on the order form. Please read below.
Let me explain the charge you have incurred. Everything I am saying
in this email is also on the terms and conditions which must be agreed
upon prior to completing your order. You received a charge because you
did not cancel your account and return the disaster aid kit within the
allowed 10 day risk free period. Any customer who cancels and returns
the kit within that 10 day period and returns the product does not
receive any further charges or shipments. After the 10 days, you will
be billed for the product. You still then have 5 days after that to
return the product to us with an RMA # for a full refund. This is how
a risk free offer works and is outlined in the terms. After the risk
free and return period the sale is final.
Thank you for trying our product. Unfortunately, your 15 day risk
free period has expired. For references, please see our terms and
conditions clearly stated on our website. There will be no more
charges made. Let me know if you have any further questions. You will
not be billed further as it is a onetime charge. We can be reached at
