The website needs improvement. They advertise items that they do not have available in stock. If you order one of these out-of-stock items, you are not notified that the item is out of stock and backordered. You will receive a shipment notification, but no shipment has been made. They immediately charge your credit card for the purchase. So, although you paid for an item, you may not receive it for another 14 business days (2 days order processing & 10 days to ship item & 2 days for shipment to arrive at your home). It would be solely up to you to contact the company to find out all this information about your order. BBB did not do anything to flag this company, except add a count to a complaint tally. Buyer, PLEASE BEWARE!
