Sneaky, Lying, Misleading, Unreliable Online Merchant
I am currently residing in Australia and placed an order in early September for a pair of Prada shoes (supposed to be made in Italy) and a Ferragamo bag. I had to keep writing to Dellamoda regarding the delivery and not until about almost one month later, I received my Prada shoes. I was very disappointed because I found the shoes were made in Vietnam and not Italy. I wrote to Dellamoda and they replied saying that "it was the editor's mistake, he was not aware of the place of origin and we will update the website accordingly!", no apology and this was happened after I received the shoes!!! Then it took another 3 weeks for the Ferragamo bag to arrive and Dellamoda said it was because the bag was tailor-made in Italy (it was only a USD$600 bag!!!). When I got the bag, it was a bit different from my previous Ferragamo bag and I doubted its authenticity. I complained to my credit card provider and filed a dispute, but Dellamoda refused to refund and no apology was made. I am still in the process of dispute with this awful company and even though my credit card provider will assist me for the dispute, I have to warn everyone who shop with them. Very rude, unprofessional, unreliable, sneaky company, as an online merchant, it should be banned for cheating on customers.

We strive to please all our clients and have always gone far and beyond our policies in order to make sure our clients are pleased with our services and products. Unfortunately in the case, Mrs. Chan has no sense for logic or reasoning. Mrs. Kit Chan was given several options to resolve her doubts regarding the authenticity of the products purchased with our store, including the option to verify the authenticity at the Ferragamo and Prada stores and also given the option of returning the product for a full refund at no extra cost to them if still not fully satisfied.
She not only has no knowledge of designer products or how to authenticate them, she does not understand the concept of dealing with a dispute when it comes to credit card companies. With out ever contacting us, client filed a dispute with her credit card company as "unauthorized" (stating that she never authorized this purchase, leading her credit card company to believe this was a fraudulent order done by someone else other than herself). After receiving a dispute from the credit card company, we made several efforts including over 20 email exchanges and phone calls really trying to understand the true nature of her complaints. None were ever successful as this client is simply unwilling to accept any sort of solutions.
We have to say, in our 12 years of being in business and dealing with thousands of clients on monthly basis, have never dealt with someone so difficult, unreasonable and illogical. We have never tried to mislead this client, lied to them about any facts or tried to take advantage of this situation. The issues Mrs. Chan is facing are really beyond our control and may require more professional assistance.
Since this dispute, client Chan, has returned the products for a full refund and we have authorized American Express to issue a full refund back to them. Yet they have been emailing us on daily basis asking us for I am not sure what. Emails only consist of threats and illogical deman
