Terrible Customer Service

I have experienced the worst customer service from any company in my life so far. I received a pair of shoes which do not fit. I have tried multiple times to contact the company by email, phone, and through my credit card company, regarding an exchange for 2 months with no response. As it stands I have a $435 pair of shoes I cannot wear and no way to make an exchange.
I would advise shopping elsewhere.
