This company "cold called" me in May of 2009 with the proposition that they had a buyer for my timeshare property and will close the deal in 45 days. Well, I'm still waiting. When I approached them about returning the funds I paid due to not living up to their agreement, of course, I was told that they did not have to do this because of the contract that I signed. To date, I have received cold calls from this company offering me the same deal, as if they never had me in their system at all. They give you some deal of a lifetime blurb with verbal promises with no intention of keeping the verbal promise. It is a "bait and switch" contract. Once you try to contact them you will always get a voicemail and not a person.
