After sending numerous e mails and leaving several phone messages, the head criminal, Brian Mitchell called me back and told me he was out of town. I guess he was out of town for months because that's how
long it's been since I've received
so much as an bogus update. The head criminal had the nerve to tell me my case had been taken care of 5 months ago. And that I was too stupid to realize that. I guess Bank Of America is just as stupid because they have no idea what the head criminal is talking about. And just to let you
know how professional this company is, before abruptly hanging up the head criminal said to me " don't email us anymore
