This company uses deceptive trade practices to sell their toner cartridges. The sales representatives called me several times a week to get me on the phone. Instead of selling me toner cartridges, they would tell me to watch for the delivery for my three toner cartridges that I have ordered last time (which never happen). When I told them that I do not need anymore toner, then they said they would put a delay on the delivery. But they sent it anyway and charged me. They lied about the date, phone conversation and sent products without confirmation or authorization. They are very frustrated to deal with.
