This company is a frustrating disgrace. I wish I had checked their rating on BBB before ever dealing with them. All the reviews listed describe every problem I experienced with CompTech. The staff is unprofessional and argumentative. I accepted the offer of one ink cartridge, with the understanding that if our company wasn't satisfied then we could just send it back - no charge. I hadn't even received the first cartridge before getting an outragous invoice - 3x what Dell charges for their High Capacity cartridges. CompTech's cartridge lasted us less than 2 weeks - JUNK. After several calls from our company, CompTech agreed to meet Dell's price, but then along came another shipment and another shipment with invoices that were increasingly overpriced. They supposedly accept no returns and their excuse was that they were completing "our order" which supposedly contained 3 cartridges, which grew to 8 cartridges the next time. I never authorized any shipment and all the invoices just listed "Verbal" where a PO number should have been. They promised to close out our account, but low and behold 2 weeks later, they called again and claimed they had sent out the rest of "our order" - which now they claim was filling the standard lot of 12 cartridges. RIDICULOUS! Beware of this company! Unless you want an abdundant amount of overpriced junky printer cartridges, I would suggest going elsewhere. I have wasted so much my time dealing with this situation - CompTech should be paying my company to reimburse my salary!
