I was slammed by this company in April 2011 that posed as affiliated with AT&T. Their service seemed cheap and they made it sound better than going with AT&T for long distance. I should have known better. I called AT&T to confirm they were affiliated. AT&T said they had no affiliation. I called Communications Network Billings to cancel. Later I got billed $125/month for long distance along with my charge to AT&T for long distance. I called and said I had cancelled but they said they had no record of me cancelling and that unless I had my cancellation confirmation number, they won't reverse the charges. They seemed used to irate customers like me and had no sympathy. Don't go with them unless you want to pay sky rocket prices for long distance. I was fooled.
