I took my new 2010 black Camaro in for it's first wash and they up sold me to the hand wash and wax. When I came back to pick up my car it looks like they went over it with sand paper. They tried to pass it off hoping I would not notice! To make matters worse the guy brought out a machine and right in front of me did more damage than denied that is was them. As of now they have yet to contact me or give me any of there insurance information, etc. I brought it to dealer and they claim they burned the gel coat. After waiting 27 months for my car I have now been told by the dealer that it will probably need a new paint job! At the least new Plastic in every spot the touched! Even the inside instrument panel and Radio face is scratched! They now pretend to speak limited english and don't know who there owner is! BEWARE!!!
