This company is associated with IDCSERVCO, who does their shipping for them. This company sold toner to us for 4x the market rate and continued to increase the order every month. The person responsible for ordering toner for us was inexperienced and this company took advantage of this. They told our employee that they were resupplying us even though we had never done business with them before. They were also selling us large amounts of toner for a machine we barley used. Furthermore, they charged us an extremely high charge for shipping where many other wholesalers of office supplies ship for free. So we stopped paying their invoices. Then we started getting calls from both IDCSERVCO and Century Imaging Systems. The interesting thing was that I could never get in contact with the Century Imaging Systems customer service eventhough they would leave message after message. Once I was able to catch the CSR mid voice mail and as soon as I did they hung up on me. This led me to believe that they never intened to talk with me at all. IDCSERVCO was very nice, however once they decided to credit back our invoices Centry Imaging Systems stopped calling us, so it leads me to believe that there might of been some good cop bad cop situation going on there. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH EITHER COMPANY, DO MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE MY COMPANY DID.
