Unresponsive and rude, this company sells faulty products and then avoids the responsibility of dealing with their customers-- I would dissuade anyone from dealing with Centrix International. After receiving a faulty WD TV Live --a surprisingly common experience from the looks of these reviews-- I received a return authorization number the next day, however with no mention of how to return it; feeling unsatisfied that I was left responsible for the return shipping of the faulty item I received, I immediately replied and requested a return label. Two weeks, eight e-mails and two phone calls to their California office later I finally received a reply, a bristled, all-caps e-mail from a Mr. Ly declaring that the return label they finally were sending on my request was "THE LAST". Unprofessional from beginning to end, I really regret having anything to do with this company.
