We purchased a realtively small order from this company we found via the internet. They had the best prices, and the website was professionally done - which translates in our minds as 'reputable'.
The order was shipped FedEx ground and arrived very fast (3 days). We received our entire order and was impressed with its secure packing.
Unfortunately we made a mistake in our order and got the wrong sized product. I contacted CFS Products and easily and quickly navigated through their automated system. The representative assisted me and made my mistake his priority to fix - amazing!
I should have what I need in just a few short days. - what a relief!
In the future we will definitely be utilize this company and are happy to recommend them to others.
