Beware of CC Novelas. When you initially do business with them they appear nice and helpful but as soon as you have a problem they reveal their true nature. These guys are not concerned with customer satisfaction only care about themselves and are deceptive in the website about their "warranty". They offer a "warranty" that if dvds are defective or missing they will send you a new set of dvds. That is not true, they promise to send it to you but they never send it! When you write to them to find out about it, they ignore your emails and Do Not Refund Your Money. It was my experience that they have absolutely no customer service. They stole my money so it is my duty to warn others. Save your money, buy from someone else.
