I would like to thank you and your company for the recent installation of our heating/air conditioning system.
The air conditioning unit has made such a tremendous difference to my husband, who is basically confined to a wheelchair and must be inside the house most of each day. Our previous unit ran incessantly and noisily but never was able to cool the house to a reasonable level. The new product is remarkably quiet and its cooling capacity is incredible.
Further, I have just received my first billing from Southern California Edison Company and - quite frankly - I cannot believe that they have not made an error in their calculations. This billing was less than half of that which is shown on the previous statement.
I commend you on the quality, professionalism, knowledge and courtesy of each and every member of your staff with whom we have come in contact. The quality of product and, especially, the level of service provided, have been truly amazing and we are most grateful.
