PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT TRY THE TRIAL OF THIS PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY, IT WILL BE THE NIGHTMARE OF YOUR LIFE AS OTHERS HAVE STATED.
I subscribed to the 30 days trial, paid minimal shipping cost, they shipped the product according to emails, etc. on Dec 2, 2010...rcv'd product on/about Dec 5th/6th...called company on Dec 7th making them aware that I'd just received the product. A seemingly nice woman on the phone advised me not to worry about returning it as long as it was received before the END of the month. I called on Dec. 28th spoke to Andre (rude and disrespectful to me the consumer, etc.) Advised him that the product was enroute (Dec 28th, sent from US Postal Service, got a signature card from Post Office indicating they would receive the return on 12/31 in which they did...and later billed my credit card on 1/4/2011. I disputed the charges through my bank and REFUSE TO PAY. That was the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I later asked for a supervisor/manager...Andre refused, said he's the supervisor, asked for his superior..refused to get a manager..called another day after spoke to a female..asked for a manager...advised I would receive a return call within 24 hours...well it's been about 5 days now. Long story short...DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU JUST NEED A HEADACHE...

Thank you for your candor and your correspondence. The claims that you make are absolutely untrue. Any representative that told you not to worry about returning our package would be fired on the spot. The reason that you claim our associate Andre was rude is because you were told that you were responsible for the product. In order to satisfy the trial you need to call in and get a return number. You have a ten-day trial so, from simple math we can deduce that by the 28th of that same month your trial period had already expired. After listening to the old call recording we have determined that you were treated fairly and not rudely as you assert.
