PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!!! IT IS A FRAUDULENT COMAPANY!!Never again will I go with an internet scam!!! I had gotten an advertisment for this supposedly great product. I have problems with dry skin and thought it may help.....well all it did was burn my skin and it is deffinately NOT worth $80! I chose to cancel my free trial and upon doing so I called to cancel as instructed to do so within 14days of receiving it. This is where there company went completely down hill! The woman I spoke to said they had already canceled and I was set to go. I advised her I never called to cancel until now so she put me on hold and came back and stated "well it says it was" and that I didnt need to do anything further. 5 months later I get a collection notice by email stating I failed to call to cancel and I owed the company more money! To my disbelief I called the company to maybe see if there was some type of mistake assuring them I had in fact called to cancel. They were completely rude, not letting me speak, calling me a liar, and stating I have 10 days to pay up. Every time I tried to explain what had happened Justin Feilds kept cutting me off stating he didn't care and I owe them money- and I should have gotten a cancellation code of some type. I asked that they check their records and without hesitation Justin again said they have phone records but it would take to long to look them up!!!! I was very angry at this point and have never been treated with such unprofessionalism. I filed a complaint but in the mean time I sent them a payment so they would not put anything on my credit! I had to have my bank call them because they refused to cash it. My bank said the mailbox THEY PROVIDED TO ME is rarely checked and they will check it when they get a chance. This company is horrible to work with and I hope no one has to go through this company's miscinduct, threats to ruin your credit, abusive language, and fraudulent behavior!

Thank you for the information you provided. We have found that the claims that you make, being contacted by Justin Fields, being told the process to look up call recordings is to long are untrue. Justin Fields is an FTC attorney that we retain and he did not reach out to you in any way. The representative you spoke with did politely review our program with you and ensure your understanding of the program and billing before the end of the call. YOU HAVE NOT PAID FOR THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE. We consider this account closed.
