Broadstar Cable is not a reliable cable provider

My community council decided to stop using a premium cable provider and picked up with this want to be cable provider. I have had nothing but trouble since the day they took over my community as the cable provider. I have called several times to complain about channels disappearing from the channel line up with no notice or permission to do so. I have spoken with customer service and they have been everything but helpful and when I asked to speak with a supervisor they tell me they don;t have supervisors. I then ask for someone whom can answer simple questions on how long will it be until my cable is fixed and whom do I need to speak to about my complaints, to please call me back. They do not return my calls and do not care about my complaints. I have called them everyday for a week strait and no one will help me I was given a ticket number for someone to call me back to answer my simple questions with no return phone call again in a weeks time . Meanwhile my cable is still missing channels from the line up. I ask simple question like why is broadstar not listed as a cable provider when I try to sign up for free services that the cable networks provide for FREE like HBO,Showtime, ESPN these networks let you watch TV on demand but not if you use Broadstar they are not listed as a cable provider from any of these cable networks. I am sorry to list so many issues but customer service can not or will not help me when I ask the simple questions and then will not return my calls with someone who is willing to help answer these questions.. STEER CLEAR IF YOU WANT TO HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!
