The Brightstar starter agency in Williamsburg is by the far the absolute worst agency that I have ever had the displeasure of working for..Let's start with the "human resource" department I never received my work I.D.( she didn't know how to upload the picture from the camera) there aren't enough cases to go around for the forty odd nursing assistant staff,time sheets can either be faxed(you better hope their is enough money in their bank to cover your pay if not they will tell you they never received it) or dropped off to the agency(gas spent that you aren't reimbursed for) There are hours that are given to you one minute and taken away the next....case and point a fourteen hour shift was available three days a week I committed to the case and then was told the next hour to forget about that case for right now.... without explanation. There was another case I worked and was told that I hadn't been authorized to work it after have already being there since 8 a.m. This company hasn't worked out all the necessary kinks yet and has alot to learn about keeping staff and affairs with employees money ...My recommendation is not to be bothered with this agency unless you don't mind getting your money in spurts and dealing with nasty attitudes from the so called Manager and his peons(staff)
