I attended a Booty Parlor party and I was extremely disappointed in their overall service. The Booty Party Specialist seemed uncomfortable in her presentation and she clearly did not have knowledge of the products as she was reading from a script which took away from her interaction with the guest. The guest at the party made it more fun.
She clearly did not have the experience.
I placed an order with one of their associates during a party. A few days later I noticed that my account had 4 pending charges and thus those funds were not available to me. When I called the company they advised this was a normal practice of them and it is just a hold. Advised that it wasn't fair to me to have this practice as now these funds are not available to me. When there should have been only one hold/charge on my account. The holds were not removed until a week later.
In addition they did not return my phone calls or emails placed to them and I had to follow up.
The person I placed my order with was of no help either.
I will never use this company again.
