The Bluebook has been in business for nearly 50 years and has done millions of dollars in transactions with hundreds of thousands of customers. With only one complaint in as many years, that was quickly and effectively handled, we are disturbed of the automated "robot like" rating assigned by the BBB.
This is a highly inaccurate means of demonstrating our customer loyalty and long standing commitment to the industry for the last half-century.
