Worst Customer Service on the Planet!!!!

This is the worst customer service experience I ever had to deal with. I can’t believe this! I have been calling for 2 weeks different days different times, I choose option 1 to be called back and I get a call back with a recorded message saying “we are experiencing technician difficulties please call us back and we will pump you to the first of the line” I call back and it’s just music for hours what kind of business is this? I wonder if they even have real people that actually work there to take care of customers!! UNBELIEVABLE. I tried staying on the line on the hope some human will answer my call after 2 hours of waiting and then my call gets disconnected by them. I sent an email a week ago not even a real person’s response everything is automated. Don’t even bother if you got a missing item from them or if it’s damaged you are better off throwing it in the trash, I’m just gonna return it to Walmart!
