This company tried to put me on a 10% rent increase every year the first time I spoke to them. Then the promised me no increase for 3 years because I said I was going to live in the apratment long term. Unfortunately, they still raised my rent and the apartment was in unliveable conditions. The have many bugs and rodents swarming in the apartment I was in. Most of my furnature was derstoyed and I was unable to use the kitchen. They sent out experminators but wouldnt show proof of an acutal real extermination company. So eventually I had to leave because of financal burden, and the manager told me if I wrote a letter they would see if they could help me with the deposit. They actually took all of the deposit and now I owe them money hahaha. I would never reccomend this management company to anyone that cares for the personal items and comfort. Stay away from these people, just read all the reviews. This was my first apartment experience, probably my last. The apartment I was in was a health hazzard, especially since I had to bomb the apartment every 3 months and spray poison every 6 months. If I had children, they probably would of gotten sick.
