Nightmare! Nightmare! Nightmare! The leasing office does nothing about: A person having four large barking dogs. Smoking outside my windows. The broken pipes that attract Mosquitos. Neighbors being loud. Neighbors flicking cigarettes onto my doorstep.
Neighbors putting dog poop onto my porch. Neighbors putting dog poop onto my car. If you move here your on your own. The water and sewer monthly bill is around 80$. I've had a few neighbors complain that the office raised the rent on them 200$ at a time. The
office is there to move you in and avoid phone calls or complaints. Avalon Bay bought out Archstone and let's just say the whole place is falling apart! It might look nice but once your in its a nightmare!
