This company is a wonderful company in terms of their customer service. They are extermely fast in answering calls or emails and are willing to help. The downside is that they do not help you unless you have applecare for the product you need help with or unless you pay the one time fee for help. The fee is usually around 40$ USD. Although, I have only had one encounter where I needed help out of warranty the customer service person I spoke to was very helpful in providing me with options that could suite my budget as well as provide me with the help I needed. They sent me an email with a link to a few discussion boards that had the information I needed. This provided me with free help without paying the $40 one time fee. Overall, a great company to deal with, with even better products.
