I have submitted two trouble tickets to Apple support about my itunes account. I switch computer from a PC to a macbook pro and ipad 2. During the transition I lost ALL of my itunes songs and purchases. I was denied the ability to redownload what I paid money for..other sites such as Amazon never have an issue if I ask them to re download software. I have also since purchased a NAS to do home backups so I don't have to ask apple again for the ability to download my purchases again. i did not get a resolution and submitted other tickets and now I am just being ignored what seems like a simple request for what I paid...seems like songs and tv shouldnt be an issue. any apps I buy I can re download with NO problems.
