My husband went in with my car for car wash and oil change. What we came out with was a NIGHTMARE and horrible service by the owners and Lube department. They immediately noticed a chip in my window and that was taken care of by a 2nd party that has a booth at the car wash. My car is clean, however interior was not vacuumed well at all. The Lube and Technician department have been changing my cars oil since the very 1st oil change which this time was the third. My husband walked in and Rahnin asked for my husband’s last name and the tech pulled up the account asked which car we brought in and we said the Caliber. Then my husband said to get the synthetic oil l change and Rahnin said yeah I see that. The rest is a screwed up nightmare. The car was finished and my husband went to pay to find out it was a regular oil change not the synthetic oil my car required. The department blamed the issue on the computer crashing, however they did have the information when my husband gave him his last name when he checked in. I got called and returned to the service where Eddy was called in to see us. Eddy claims he was not an owner nor a supervisor but rather a dedicated employee, in fact he yelled at the attendant in the car wash department for bothering him on a Sunday for this matter because it was not his department.

Lots of blame went around about a so called computer crash inside the lube shop, about the man who changed my oil did not speak or read English to see the request and other non sense. Finally my oil was changed back to synthetic oil however, I was NOT allowed to see a bill or invoice. Rahnin said he won’t provide it. I was basically told to pay and then see a bill. Blindly hand over my debt card is what he wanted. About 15 minutes passed when I repeated and asked for my total and said get the owner on the phone. To my surprise all the techs in the room said that Eddy is the owner. Eddy meanwhile was in the parking lot waiting to leave. I called him back to ask him why he won’t admit he is owner and he was shell shocked and then told his employees something in private. Another 30 minutes passed and Rahnin the devoted employee continued to ignore me and would not provide me with a bill or car history report.

I will never return my cars there, bad service and unprofessional people to resolve
