Very Bad, wont respond after purchase in regards to damage via shipping or from Factory

I purchased a casket via online August 29, 2011 after corresponding via email and talking on the phone with Ken Sterling from americancasketstore.com for my mother.
Since my purchase Ken has refused to return any email or telephone calls left at the business 1-800-350-4758 in regards to damaged merchandise.
The casket I ordered (Oakcrest solid golden finished Oak casket) for my mother's funeral arrived damaged. It has a large 8" x 4" x 1in deep gash in the front side of the casket.
I sent Ken emails with pictures attached and left phone calls and no one from the company would return my calls. The damage was quite large but since no one would return my calls or email I had not choice but to use the casket.
I have Filled a BBB complaint and they are also unresponsive to the BBB. Please see below from BBB. I am 1 of 2 complaints.
